What's the difference between subscription and one-time purchase?
Subscription plans automatically renew monthly and refill credits, suitable for long-term users. One-time purchases provide credits that are used up once depleted, suitable for short-term needs.
What are the credit consumption rules?
Video enhancement is billed based on the duration of the processed video, with 1 credit consumed per second. For example: processing a 30-second video consumes 30 credits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Of course! You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time, and the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
